Visual Studio becomes unstable when ReSharper and VisualAssist are used simultaneously

ReSharper can work simultaneously with VisualAssist 10.1 build 1413 and higher.

Occasionaly I still see problems with the context menu when both addins are used. The context menu becomes unresponsive, and lateron does not come up anymore at all (no context menu at all). But I fear this is related to VA not to R#.
