After installing ReSharper 2.0 identifiers(methods, properties, types e.t.c) don't get colored in the editor like they used to in ReSharper 1.5

This happens because Identifier highlighting is turned off by default in ReSharper 2.0, because it can decrease performance in Visual Studio 2005. To turn identifier highlighting on please go to ReSharper > Options > Highlighting tab and check the "Color Identifiers" option.
