Uploading new plugins

When I try to update my plugin on plugins.intellij.net, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/plugins.intellij.net/plugin/edit/index.php on line 291

Also, the site is very very slow, is this still the official way of updating plugins?
