Local Variable Identifier color not working

The latest EAP from resharper (Version 5.0.1577.0) seems to not be hilighting local variables with the correct color as set in the settings.  They are just white.  I've tried changing the color with no dice.  I upgraded from 4.5  All the other colors seemed to have migrated correctly.  Thanks!

Hello Nicholas

     Could you please attach a screenshot of the color settings for 'ReSharper Local Variable Identifier' from Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors and a screenshot demonstrating how local variables are highlighted in the editor? Thank you!

Hello Nicholas

     Could you please export your color settings through Tools > Import and Export... and attach the .vssettings file here? Do you have 'Color identifiers' option turned on under ReSharper > Options > Code Inspection > Settings? Thank you!

Just tried the latest Nightly Build version (5.0.1611.9) and this is still not fixed.
