Since EAP build 94.430 you can easily place deployment buttons on the toolbar:
- Open File | Settings
- Click 'Menus and Toolbars'
- Expand 'Main toolbar' node
- Click on the item you want add actions after
- Click 'Add after'
- Popup is shown, there you expand 'Plugins', then 'Remote Host Access'
- Select the action(s) you want (i.e. Upload to Remote Host)
- Close the dialogs

Changing actions shortcuts is also easy:
- Open File | Settings
- Click 'Keymap'
- If you haven't customized shortcuts yet, click 'Copy' button to create your own profile
- Expand 'Plugins' node, then 'Remote Host Access'
- Click on the action node and click 'Add keyboard shortcut' at the right.
