Hi

We have requirement to integrate the TeamCity (version 6.5.4 -build 18046 ) with Rational Team Concert ( version 3.0.1) for triggering/executing the builds (including continous integrations builds) and also RTC as SCM tool. We know that there is no plugin available for RTC and TeamCity integration but we would like to know how we can add the RTC as VCS in TeamCity for build process using the Version Control plugin API's  in TeamCity.

Can anyone help me to get some information about creating the VCS plugin for adding support of RTC as SCM Tool and the libraries required for the creating the plugins.

Also we need information about setting up the development environment for creating the TeamCity plugins.
