Problem Solving Language ... excellent !!!

I worked for Newport News Shipbuilding for 15 years and when I left, we were working on an International CAD system to model oil tankers.  This was a unique problem domain.  I left there to work for a call center company for 6 more years and managed the web and client facing development there.  This was another unique problem domain.  I now lead the development of a WIC system for the state of Massachusetts.  It's very interesting that in all of our jobs, we have many different problems to solve using computers, but we all speak a different language.  However, importing call center data into Oracle 10G is much different than importing IGES graphical data into a 3270 mainframe.  In any event, both parties want to import data and import that data efficiently.  I hope that this technology is used to develop these higher level problem solving languages and then we get out our Knuth books, write the code mechanics once and be done with it.  If anyone wants to work on an open source language around e.g. home projects, or gardening, etc.  I'm up for leading the project.  I just don't have the internet link to host any machines.  I moved to Oklahoma and now only have FM internet using Motorola (private IP).  But, if someone wants to choose a simple problem domain, I'll provide a set of hands to help with this.  I wrote a recent article for TSS on SAML.  It's a little too difficult and this would be great for security application implementation.  Just a hint.
